School Readiness Program
The School Readiness Program helps working parents with the cost of child care through a subsidy system. These services include child care, extended care, extended-year, and school age care for children to support parents in becoming financially self-sufficient. To qualify for this program: · You must be working or attending school at least 20 hours per week (If both parents are in the household; both must meet requirements). · Your gross income and family size must be listed below in “Income Guidelines”. · You must have the listed documents in “Documentation” present with you when you receive an appointment. · New enrollments are for children 0-5 years old; children with special needs, 9 years of age and above maybe eligible if they have an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) from the School Board. If you qualify for this program you will be responsible for the full amount of the Registration fee when completing the registration form; the full amount of the Supplies fee with August tuition or at registration time; and every month you will pay tuition according to whatever amount is stipulated in the contract signed between you and the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe. |
